We are a brother and sister team who have been in business together for over 25 years, together we have run a successful motor trade business since 1991 to date, showing growth and development in many different strategies within the motor trade.
These include a £250k full site re-development to opening of multiple sites under our own brand, many accreditations with leading motor trade bodies and Richard sitting on the Unipart national advisory panel for over 10 years, Tina is a qualified Association of Accounting Technician.
We grew up watching our parents running a sucessful building business and we began investing in property in 2003. We have since invested heavily in our property education with the best training providers in the UK, Elite Education. Our extensive education has helped us ensure we are fully conversant with all aspects of property investing including the more complex areas such as lease options, HMO’s, commercial property and social housing.
In 2024, we have been honoured to receive the Central England Prestige Award for "Property Solutions Provider of the Year." This award recognises excellence in the property sector and highlights innovative approaches and outstanding service. We are grateful for this recognition and remain committed to maintaining the high standards that earned us this accolade.

RICHARD PARKES
Hi I'm Richard, I have been in business since 1991 and began investing in property with my sister Tina in 2003. Our parents ran a successful building company when we were growing up, so I think property is in our blood.
I love that I have the chance to find and bring underutilised properties back to life and create quality houses for our clients to live in.
TINA PICKSTOCK
Hi I'm Tina, I have worked alongside my brother Richard for over 25 years, I create and manage the systems and procedures in our businesses.
I am a real people person and I am grateful that being in business and property really gives me great opportunities to forge fantastic relationships with our business partners, clients, and associates.

We host Property & Poppadoms Lichfield, a relaxed and informal property networking event held on the first Tuesday of every month. Each month features a different guest speaker sharing their knowledge and experience in property. It brings together investors, professionals, and anyone interested in property for an evening of conversation, connections, and great food in a friendly environment.
